About Me

Saeed Shaikh
Company Secretary
Hi, I’m Saeed Shaikh.

I’m a Company Secretary who writes and works on the kind of things most CS professionals deal with every day—Stock Exchange filings, Board meetings, shareholder notices, MCA forms, and those last-minute changes before dispatch.

My Journey

My journey into the world of corporate laws began early—

From topping my college in 12th, to securing an All India Rank 8 and clearing CS in First Attempt.

But more than academic milestones, it’s the real-world experience that’s shaped how I work (and write) today.

I’ve had the chance to work with some of India’s most respected institutions:

National Stock Exchange
Learned how regulators think and why precision matters in compliance.

Tata Group (Tata Communications Limited)
A equity & debt listed Company where I gained deep exposure to SEBI. regulations, Companies law and the gold standard of governance that comes with being part of the Tata Group.

L&T Group (LTIMindtree)
Currently I handle SEBI and MCA compliances, along with special projects, global subsidiaries, and exciting high-stakes work.

Why I write?

Honestly, I started writing because I couldn’t find simple answers when I was learning.

Over time, my posts on LinkedIn became a way to share what I was figuring out—how IEPF timelines really work, what goes in a dispatch notice, or how listed companies actually structure their AGMs.

Now, this website is just a place to bring all those articles together.

This isn’t about “expertise.”

It’s about sharing what I’ve learned along the way—and hopefully helping others feel a little more confident in their journey.
